When i have logged on to the site over Christmas (including today) when i press any item it says “Loading Data” and i can not open.
Any ideas?

Chances are it is an issue with something on your end. What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing cache/disabling add-ons and plugins?
using ie9 at the moment

Did you post a message directly on our contact form? I’ve heard another report today of some issue with IE9, i.e. perpetual delay on loading invoices.
I would urge you to upgrade your browser, IE9 is several versions out of date now. I’m pretty sure that will solve your problem.

No I have only done this post.
It was working fine untill Christmas.
As i have an older version of windows (Vista) it does not support IE10 or IE11. Will this site no longer work correctly with my version? Do i definatly need to upgrade to contine using or is there anything else I could try.

Download an alternative browser, such as www.google.com/chrome.
@Daza1001 I’ve been out most of today but I believe some update was made before Christmas to track page positions when going back and forth. This appears to use some HTML 5 function that isn’t supported by IE9, we didn’t actually foresee this problem.
I can see it was logged today and has been fixed, I just don’t know if it has been pushed to the live system. I will need to check tomorrow morning and confirm.
I would definitely second @Lurch and suggest downloading Chrome or even Firefox. Both will work far better than IE9, not just on QuickFile but most of the web.

Secondary advise you might wnt to update away from vista it either april 2015 or 2016 that it support ends and will be like XP open hole for attacks
