Does anyone know to lock the month when you have completed it? There are other people that have access to quickfile and keep changing things when month end is complete and its driving me mad!

You can use the lock date to prevent transactions being posted before a specified date.
Account Settings > All Settings Account Lock Date
You would just adjust it each month for example 31/0522, 30/06222, 31/7222, 31/8/22 and so on.
