Hi all. I have noticed a colleague signs in to hi account that if he clicks back or into something the system locks him back to the sign in page. Any help greatly welcome?

Just to confirm, are they simply logging in and then clicking the back button in their browser, and seeing the sign in page?
What happens if they go to another page - do they remain logged in?
What web browser are they using?
Hi mainly yes. But i noticed even clicking on clients it locked him out. Windows explorer i think.

If they are using Internet Explorer this could be the issue as it isn’t supported by QuickFile. It may be worth trying another browser:
