Login not recognised after setting up account

I recently setup an account and started using the product, receiving a notification email with my unique link. However when clicking on the link, filling in the details (using the the email address that this was delivered to) I have an error that my username/password are not recognised).

I clicked to reset the password but it does not recognise the email address (its the one that the link was delivered to)…

I have had to sign up to forum under a different email address… could a support person please contact me .
