There are two types of footer that you can configure on your invoices in QuickFile.
HTML Footer: Appends the footer to the end of your invoice content. Position can vary.
PDF Footer: Appends a fixed footer to the end of each PDF page. Position is static and the footer will be reproduced on each page.
Looking at your example it would appear you’re using a HTML Footer, whereas for consistent and predictable positioning you’d be better off putting that into the PDF Footer.
