Loss of banking feed

Hello, the email reminding me to renew my banking feed went to my spam folder. Consequently I have now lost around 6 weeks of banking feed (it can only go back 21 days) Can anyone help me? Is there a way to get these transactions back? Thankyou

The 21 days is a limitation from the banks, not one imposed by QuickFile. If you need to import transactions further back then you’ll need to download some kind of csv export from your internet banking and then upload that into QuickFile.
