I am unable to view my dashboard. When logging in all I see is invoices and dont havea task bar to take me anywhere. Can anyone please help. Unfortunately I am not very technical. Thank you.
This can happen if you somehow manage to create a client login with the same email address as your normal management login. If you have another team member who can log in and delete the clashing client contact then that should fix it, but if your QuickFile account just has the one administrator then someone from @QFSupport will have to fix it for you in the backend.
