Hi all just a quickie i have been using quickfile for quite sometime and recently i have just tried to add a user to my account only to find i dont have administrator privileges.
I find this odd as im pretty sure that i have not set the account up with different credentials and suspect this to be a bug.
Any ideas???

I had a quick look and it would appear that there’s another user on your account who has the admin privilege, perhaps when you created this user you checked the box to make the user an admin, this would revoke the privileges from your user account.
We can’t change admin privileges for security reasons, you can however ask the other user to log in and move the privileges back to you.

Well i dont know it if thats the case, could you let me know what the email address is and i will obviously then realise what the password is?
