Lost the administrator account for a client

Having major problems with user access on one of the accounts. It seems to have wiped all the team members and left just the business owner, William Mitchell, as the sole log-in but he does not have administrator rights.

It wouldn’t have wiped the users, it’s just when you log in as a non-admin it hides all the other users. Non-admins can’t add or modify users. If you send me a private message with the account details I can tell you who the admin user is, they can then log in and assign the admin privilege to someone else.
