Lost transactions on credit card since update on feed

Since updating bank feeds, I have lost 3 months on 1 account, and 6 months on my other account, can some one please advise.

After 4 hours of updating and manually entering my transactions, I have lost this years and last years transaction. how can this happen, and will it happen again,

This cannot happen without you deleting them yourself. As we have a private message thread on going with you we can look into this in more detail with you on that thread.
