Ltd company to Sole Trader

Hi all, I know this has been covered before, but I could not find the answer I need. I am changing down from Limited company to sole trader in order to save costs & because quite frankly I do not need to be a limited company!! I have set up a new Quickfile account but need to transfer all my existing clients & suppliers over. I need help on the following please:

  1. I am only able to select 50 customers at a time for transfer, is there a way around this limit?
  2. When I do export customers, it does not export address details etc. How do I export all details?

I understand copying like this can be done but only by QF support, perhaps you lovely people would help, please? Essentially all my details will remain the same except the limited bit!
