LTD Dividend and Director Tax Return

I am director of LTD. I don’t take salary from my LTD. I am employed by my company and they do all taxes for me.I paid myself dividend 2000 this year so no tax. Do I have to make Tax Return only to show this dividend (it can cost me more than savings)?

If there is extra tax to pay or if you have been issued tax return notice then you have to file Sa return else no
