Manual statement upload not picking up recent transactions

Hi,

I’ve downloaded a statement from Barclays as a CSV, confirmed it contains entries made within the last few hours, yet when I go to manually upload the statement, it doesn’t detect them.

I have changed the upload type to Other and confirmed the mappings are correct. Same result.

I believe, once the file is uploaded, one has to synchronise the update. A link is shown in “My Dashboard” or Bank Account overview page.

I can see the two transactions that I am trying to import, bet when I click “Go”, I get:
