I have been graded a large user and guess this is due to uploading old invoices and linking them with my bank account. I probably only use about 50 invoices a year!
How can I avoid this cost?

If you have created 1000 or more ledger entries over the last 12 month (that’s about 4 to 5 sales and purchases invoices per week; it depends how you run your account) then you have to pay the £45, which is a very fair price if you compare it with other bookkeeping/accounting software suppliers. And the features you get with quickfile are also very good in comparison to other similar companies. And always remember: like other software suppliers/companies, there are humans like you and me behind quickfile and they all need, from time to time, something to eat and
