Message Length Limit

I am trying to respond to a question from my accountant but the box where I am prompted to type my response has a character limit which prevents me from providing the necessary information. Is it possible to remove the length restriction on this? Alternatively, is there another way for me to respond without having to split my response into multiple separate messages.

Can I just double check which box you’re referring to please?

For example, can you give me a few steps to get the page, or upload a screenshot please?

See screenshot below. The 500 character limit is a real pain as it means I must split my message down into several parts.

This limit has now been increased to 1,000.
