Missing Bank feed transaction, beyond refresh limit

Hello,
I have discovered a missing Bank transaction that has not appeared in Quickfile. It is from 43 days ago and the re-fresh feed says it can only go back 21 days (Virgin Bank) Is there anyway to do a longer refresh please?

Hello Elaine

Banks are only required to provide 21 days history as per open banking guidelines.

For anything older, you would either have to manually enter them or import a bank statement.
