Not all transactions from the bank account (Open Banking) are coming through to my feed; examples of the missing transactions are… drawings, vehicle finance and bank transfers - is there anyway I change the settings so everything comes through?

Hi Beth, No right from the beginning, I want April to date accounts and i can carry on from this point.
As I am new to this and not an accountant it would be the easiest way to start.
Any help appreciated.

Which bank is it that you’ve got the feed for?
HSBC Bank also can I add the reserve account and credit card information.

Thank you - You should be able to link your Credit Card to the feed, but depending on the type of the reserve account you may not be able to link that account.
There is a full list of available banks and accounts here: Open Banking.
All transactions should come through, there aren’t settings to ignore certain types. It may be that some have taken longer to clear so haven’t come through with the overnight automatic feed. You can refresh your feed by going to More Options >> Refresh Bank Feed when you are in the bank account view
Ive checked my statements from the 1st APRIL , this is an example of some that are missing
bank transfer to killgerm, Internet transfer, drawings . So refreshing would not make any difference these are old payments that should be showing.

I believe I have located your account and have refreshed the feed back to 01/06/2021. Unfortunately I am unable to go back any further so you may wish to upload those missing transactions manually
Hi Beth, I have looked at statement and quick file from the 1st June from where you refreshed, dd to credit card 8th June not showing on QF, 1st June bank transfer payment not showing, bank transfer 8th june not showing the list goes on.

I have had another look and all of those transactions that you’ve mentioned have been pulled through with the refresh I did for you today.
If there are any others missing then you may want to add them manually. Going forward it’s worth reconciling the bank account regularly so that if there is anything missing you should be able to refresh the feed yourself to pull those in.
