Missing dates on bank feed

I did a bank feed trial which uploaded my transactions up to the 24/3/21.

I then paid for the bank feed 2 days ago which has started pulling across my transactions every 24 hours. (Starting 16/6/21)

Is there a way to upload the transactions made in the gap (Between 24/3/21 and 16/6/21)?

Hi @Wellnesswithjo

If you view the bank statement view, and go to More Options >> Refresh Bank Feed, you’re given an option to enter a start date.

What bank is the feed for?

Tide.

I’ve just done that and it has allowed me to go back to the 28th May so still a gap.

Only missing 24/3-28/5 now. Is there a way to upload that bit?

It depends on the bank, but let me send you a private message and we can take a look for you.

You should see a green notification in the top right corner shortly.
