Missing Transactions HSBC

Hi
I reconnected my HSBC account in December as instructed but it’s missing transactions from early December 21 to January 22. I’m not sure how to fix it, can you help please?

I tried the import for you but it imported zero transactions.

Some banks do only allow us to go back 30 days on the feeds.

To rectify this you would have to import a bank statement from HSBC
