using quickfile app to snap receipts but when i enter the supplier name, which is already entered in the desktop quickfile account, supplier name is not there to link the receipt.
When was the supplier created?
One thing to try is to clear the cache on the app, which can be done by tapping “Settings” in the menu, and then going down to “Refresh cache”.
