Money owed vs Invoice reminders

Hi All,

Why is there a different set of outstanding invoices in the money owed account vs whats in the invoice reminders account ?

I have Invoices dating back to 2015 that are showing up as unpaid but they aren’t visible in the reminders section ?

Seems I’m owed a few quid that I didn’t know about !

Hi Dave,

Invoice Reminders are triggered only when the agreed payment term has exceeded, it would typically be lower than the total shown on your dashboard which would cover all invoices, within term and overdue.
