Monthly consolidated Quickfile Invoice

Hi is there any ability to get a monthly invoice of the daily payments charged by Quickfile so I enter one monthly invoice rather than 30 daily ones?

We only issue monthly invoices when the payment is made.

If you take a look at the billing section on your account, you will see the payments being made, along with an option for a VAT invoice, similar to this -

Thanks - got it. If I don’t top up the account regularly and rely on the Direct Debit that I have set up for your fees do you take a daily direct debit, wait for a certain amount to accrue or take a payment on account to cover say the next month. I’m really trying to ascertain how proactive I need to be in settling your bills. Thanks - BTW I think Quickfile is really good

The fees are charged daily for any connected accounts and billed monthly by direct debit, if you set one up.
