Hi, we have just helped a client set up a bank feed for a Monzo business account and the feed in quickfile only shows the payment reference the payee has used, not any other information such as their name. Is there any way to modify the feed so it also includes the payee name etc (as most other bank feeds do)?

Unfortunately the data we show is what Monzo sends us. We use set fields outlined by the Open Banking setup which specifies what data should be where, but I believe Monzo either omits certain information, or places it somewhere else.
There’s no way to change this at present I’m afraid.
