My Monzo feed expires today and I’ve tried to renew, QF passes to Monzo but then I get a prompt to approve in the MOnzo app, the prompt never arrives and QF sits on the screen waiting for me to approve, any ideas? TIA
You could try clearing the app cache then retrying,
Also if you are using a VPN try disconnecting it first.
Failing that I would disconnect the feed altogether and just set it up again.
Just to add to @QFSteve’s post, Monzo would control the notification sent to your phone. If the above doesn’t resolve the issue for you, unfortunately you would need to contact Monzo directly.
