Hi I opened a quick file account 2 years back and set it up as sole trader in error. I would like to close down my sole trader account in Quickfile and open a new one as limited using the same email address. Can this be done please?

Every Quick File account must be registered under a unique email address. I would recommend you change the admin user on the existing account to another email address in the team management area. You will then free-up that address for the new account.
