We have moved our business bank account from Barclays to Starling Bank. We now have an amount transferred from one bank to the other and do not know what category to tag the bank transaction at either end (paid + received). Can anyone please advise.

Have you got both bank accounts set up in QuickFile?
If so you can create a new Money Out transaction in the Barclays account and tag it as a bank transfer to Starling. (you will also see this showing in your Starling account once Tagged).
