I have recently been asked to keep the books for an organisation that uses Quickbooks. Having seen Quickbooks, it won’t surprise anyone that I would like to migrate the accounts to Quickfile
The organisation is a small private members club, and a ‘not for profit’, specific features are:
- Bar Accounting and Till
- Machine Gaming Duty and machine float
- VAT Registered
- Incorporated as Friendly Society
- Year end 31st December

I have migrated several of my clients to Quickfile myself and I would consoder myself an experienced Quickfile user. My main areas of concern are ensuring a proper cut-off for VAT and related automated filing issues.
