Multiple Primary Categories for Supplier

When you’re tagging bank account statements and creating a purchase invoice, it would be nice to be able to have a few primary categories, rather than listing every category.

Typical use case
For example: service stations, sometimes I want to put it under Fuel, sometimes under Subsistence. It’s unlikely to be any other category so if it was able to show just these two as main options, and then be able to click more and it expand in to every category (if this is needed).

How I would expect it to work
Hopefully explained in the above??
