My bank feed has been deactivated. How do I reconnect it?

My automated bank feed has stopped working and in the settings it says:
This bank feed is not currently active because your account access has been deactivated.
Please re-connect your *** bank account.

I’m not sure how I do this though. Do I need to delete my existing bank feed? What happens to my existing transactions? I assume they will remain. Do I need to then manually add any missing transactions / or bulk upload them? I assume so.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems with your bank feed.

Could you let me know which page you’re seeing this error on please? This will help me to track down what could be causing it for you.

If you do delete you’re existing bank feed, the existing transactions will remain in place. Any missing transactions will need to be added manually, or if there are multiple missing items, we can pull these through for you (so long as they are within the last 28 days).
