Hi,
To change the email address for login go to the user management page. There you can add or remove users, and also change your login details. Here is a link which guidea you in the right direction.

If you use your own email account to send emails you may also change your settings in the smtp settings. Click on Settings>>smtp settings (quite at the bottom).

If you also want to change the email address shown on your invoices, click on Settings>>Routine Emails
