My dashboard has changed to supplier instead of owner

Hi

I have tried to login and can’t get the usual dashboard to go and create invoices etc… it keeps taking me to a Hello Supplier Invoices dashboard?

Any help appreciated.

We don’t have a supplier dashboard, but I suspect you may be seeing the client dashboard?

Have you set up a client recently with the same email address as your normal login? If you see “Log out” or “Sign out” on the left hand manu and click this, are you then able to log in as normal using your email address and password?

No but when I logged in I saw two accounts registered to my email address and as coincidence might have it they must have listed me as a client?

It’s the first time its happened so now when I login i get to chose Say Something - as the owner - or the other company as the client - when I click Say Something it still takes me to that client dashboard?

Do you mean the email that’s sent to you from www.quickfile.co.uk?

If so, there are 2 things that can appear here:

  • Owner, meaning you have access to that account as the business
  • Client, meaning you have a client record on that account

An example would be if you receive an email to your email address from another company, they would have you saved as a client.

If you are trying to access the account as the business (e.g. to issue an invoice), you would need to log in at that account’s specific web address which would have been set up at the time the account was created. Clicking the name in the email should take you there too.
