Hi ,I have a problem with the bank transaction /I checked it says to reconnect the bank , how should I do this. Do I need to delete the account ???

Most bank feed issues can be resolved by revoking access and deleting the feed then setting it up again.
This is because when this is done a fresh authorisation is given.

The feed only pulls in new and completely cleared transactions. If you have just reconnected the feed it may takes a couple of days before new transactions show up in your quickfile account. For older transactions it is best to upload a bank statement as a csv file, and if you have just a few transactions missing it is most of the time quicker to enter them manually.
