I haven’t checked Quickfile since then but I bank with Starling and no transactions have been fed since 30 January

open banking requires to re-authorise the feed every 90 days at the moment. So, if you haven’t logged in into quickfile for a long time, of course, the feed will stop. Also, I use starling myself and every now and then I get a notification on my mobile to re-confirm my quickfile connection. You may have to check your notification settings for your starling app on your mobile.
For now, you should may delete the feed completely and setup a new one. And for the missing months you could upload a bank statement to quickfile. Maybe quickfile is able to go back as far as January in the background but I am not sure about this.
