Nat West Bank Feed Not Working Properly

WE have been using the Nat West Yodlee bank feed successful but it appears to be no longer working, since 27/4/18. Today we tried to refresh the date and it finds the bank accounts but it says there is no new data to download which is incorrect. can you please help?

We automatically add a short delay to NatWest due to the way they process their transactions. However, we did recently introduce an option to remove this delay, but it may cause some duplicate transactions.

Would you mind trying this option please and seeing if this makes a difference? Some transactions are provided to us as “Pending” which are also ignored as part of the delay, but removing the delay also overrides this.
