We are now providing an option for those users with Yodlee bank feeds targeting the following accounts, to disable the 4 day import delay.
- Natwest Business Current Accounts
- Natwest Bankline Accounts
- Royal Bank of Scotland Business Digital
- Royal Bank of Scotland
- Yorkshire Bank
This option is accessible from the bank statement view under the “More Options” menu “Bank Feed Details”.
The delay was introduced for the above mentioned banks to avoid duplication of transactions, where the bank temporarily show uncleared entries on your statement. These entries typically have transient descriptions, making it very difficult for the import parser to discern whether they are unique entries or related to a previously reported entry. By introducing a delay this ensured that only cleared entries would make it through into your QuickFile account.
We appreciate that some users may accept occasional duplicates if it means they can get their transactions imported faster. That’s why we’ve added this option to remove the delay.
