Nationwide not on bank list for feeds now

I have set up a new account on Quickfile for Nationwide. I already have 2 accounts set up with them and they are connected with bank feed. However when I try to set up bank feed for new account Nationwide isn’t on the available drop down list. Bank feed works on other accounts.

The way the bank feed system works you can have just one “authorisation” per bank, but a single authorisation can feed data from multiple accounts with that bank (providing they’re all visible under a single login on the bank side). But the list of accounts that will feed data has to be set at the point where you grant the authorisation.

So you need to revoke your current Nationwide feed, then set up a new one and select all three accounts when you grant authorisation. You should then be able to associate each of the three with the relevant account in QuickFile.
