Hi, I’m trying to renew my bank feed which i have done many times previously but this time it wont allow it.
Message “NatWest authorisation server returned an error: Access to specified resource is denied.”
Is this quickfile or natwest related?

If it won’t renew then try revoking the current feed and set up a new one from scratch - this won’t affect any transactions you’ve already imported.

I have revoked it but wont let me create a new one? Would you mind helping me sort the issue.

If it will not authorise, there is usually blocking it.
Try logging into Quickfile on your phones Web browser and setting it up there.
