We have two NatWest bank feeds, one is updating and working fine but the other has not updated since 29 May 2026 although it has 75 days left on the unexpired feed time. We are getting the following when we try to connect to update “We were unable to connect to your bank to retrieve this data. Your bank may not support this method or your consent may have expired”

When renewing fees for the same bank they need to be renewed together.
Go into Banking > Open Banking Feeds and revoke access to the one active feed.
You can then connect and authorise both feeds from the same screen at the same time.
