I have a client who is struggling to set up the Natwest bank feed. Feeds to other banks have worked perfectly in the same client account, but after entering customer number for Natwest we are returned to same login screen.

When you are redirected to NatWest to enter the login details this is NatWest’s site (https://www.onlinebanking.natwest.com/login), we have no control over login issues.
Some possibilities to try
We have seen instances where local software has blocked the connection, I would reccomend trying the below.
- Try incognito mode (ctrl+shift+n.
- Try an alternate browser).
- Try an alternate pc.
- Try loading it in you mobiles browser (try WIFI and mobile data).
