Natwest Bank Feed Plugin takes me to the statement download page every time

Hi,

Whenever I want to look at by online bank account, the Chrome extension kicks in & takes straightaway to the statement download page. How to stop this. I know I can either open the online banking pages on IExplorer or incognito window, but is there a way to stop momentarily the Bank Feed Plugin that is working in the back ground.

Mmm, it shouldn’t do this every time you log in. Once it has completed the import it resets a flag to tell the feed that the statement has been imported.

Try clearing your cookies as this should remove that flag. If the problem persists please let me know.
