Could you share some details about the issue you’re experiencing please, for example any error messages you’re seeing?
Yodlee are aware of an issue affecting some users at the moment, but if you could share any details we can hopefully determine if it’s linked to the existing issue.
It is loading and then tells me no transactions found
I had a quick look to see if I could locate your account, but I couldn’t find one with an active Yodlee subscription - I’ll send you a private message shortly to get some details and I’ll check this for you.
However, the error does sound like it’s related to the current issue that Yodlee are seeing, so it may be worth waiting until the morning to try again. You should be able to backdate it to pull in the missing transactions, providing your bank allows this.
