Need to update bank feed but saying no connectivity

We have been away so unable to update bank feed, today is last day to do so, but when I am trying to reconsent it is saying no connectivity. We are with Clydesdale Bank (now Virgin Money) - I am normally connecting via Clydesdale bank - if I connect to Virgin Money will I lose all my tags once transactions feed in?

You need to connect via Virgin Money, The Clydesdale bank bank feed no longer exists.

No, everything will remain the same other than the source of the transactions.

I have done that now and virgin money is now showing on the bank feed but it saying it is not linked.
How do we link it firstly and if we do link will we have to re tag or will the feed come in as a duplicate for all transactions

Both Virgin and Clydesdale feeds were set up

Virgin - Active

Clydesdale - no connectivity (which is correct as it no longer functions)

I have revoked the Clydesdale feed so it no longer shows and I have refreshed the Virgin feed for you from the 26/10/2022 to date and it did pull in some transactions for you.
