Hi I can’t for the life of me find out how to send this email to an existing client. I want them to log in to view invoices (which they’ve not done before so need to send passwords etc) I can see the email,in routine email settings. How do I send email?
You’re not able to resend the email, it can only be done at the time of their details being entered.
What you could do however, is either manually change their password:
and then:
It would mean sending their details manually (outside of QuickFile), but it would at least allow them to log in.
The other option would be to delete the contact, and re-add them. That would then present you with the option to send the email.

Where would i find their user name and the URL for them to login
Their username is their email address. They would use the same login address you would. For example: https://your-company.quickfile.co.uk/
The system will detect they’re a client and show them any client accounts attached to the email address they entered.
