New client profile login by client

Hi I have created new profile of new client by Affinity. I have sent them the link but how will they log in as it is asking for user id and password, where will I set this up. Or the client need to do this separately.

Hi @SHIRISH

If you’re the Affinity account holder and the profile has been created from Affinity, there’s no email address and password to login directly until you create one. To create one, please follow the steps below:

  1. First, log into the account from Affinity
  2. Then, go to Account Settings >> Team Management
  3. Create a new user
  4. QuickFile will send them a welcome email with log in instructions

Such quick response. Am getting use to this and seems good. May need to ask for some help until totally familiar. But all in all good for now.
