Hi there i am adding an employee to the system. How can i create the account to not show the sales graph on the main page over the year?

Under Account Settings > Team Management you can give relevant access.
If you give access to create sales or purchase invoices the graphs will show as the information in the graph is derived from this.
If not the graph will be blank
