We are pleased to announce support for the linking and creation of foreign currency invoices within the Receipt Hub. Previously it was only possible to create GBP purchase invoices from your receipt scans.
Providing you have multi-currency enabled on your account you can now do either of the following:
###Link receipt scans to foreign currency invoices
Simply enter the amount in any currency and QuickFile will match it up with purchase invoices denominated in any currency.
###Create new foreign currency invoices directly from the scanned receipt
If you want to create a brand new purchase invoice from your receipt scan you will now see an option to declare the currency and exchange rate. The exchange rate will be pre-filled for you based on the rates supplied by xe.com.
Following on from this update we also intend to extend our multi-currency capabilities by also allow CSV imports in varying currencies. We will update you as and when this becomes available.
