New suppliers invoice not appearing in my QF account

i have just taken on a new supplier who has started using Quickfile.
they sent me an invoice and the email informing me of this came to my email but did not come through to my QF account. please help.

I’ll certainly try to help you here, but first I just want to confirm that you’ve successfully created the link between the two accounts, and it’s showing that it’s active on your account?

No there is not a link. do I need to set up the link if they invoice me? Or do they?

The link can be created from either end. There’s more on this in the following guide:
