NatWest business credit cards use a service called ClearSpend that allows you to download transactions in csv format, and we use this to import our credit card transactions into QuickFile.
Currently we have to manually map columns when importing and we’d like to have this ‘ClearSpend’ template available in the ‘Bank’ drop down instead. The mapping is as follows:
- Transaction Date: Column 1
- Description: Column 4
- Amount: Column 5
We also tick the ‘Reverse amounts’ checkbox as transactions in the csv file are exported as positive numbers.
