New user can't log into Quick File

I would like to set up a new user so they can have access to my QuickFile account. I have set this person up and they have been emailed their login details but when they enter these they receive a message that says Invalid Login Credentials. Can you help?

A few things to bare in mind:

  • The password is case sensitive
  • Is the account holder manually typing the password? Maybe they’re wrongly entering a character? (e.g. 0 rather than O)
  • If they are copying and pasting then they maybe inadvertently including a leading or trailing space?
  • Is the email address saved correctly?

You can always manually change the password for them or reset it from your domain, e.g. https://mycompany.quickfile.co.uk
