Hi, Im a new user who has set up my company’s accounts on quickfile. I’m also a new treasurer for a society whose accounts are on quickfile. How do I get access to the latter please? I can see that i might need affinity … have set upan account there but cant seem to add my own company. H

You can be added as a team member on the other account to gain access but you would have to have a unique email address. The email address acts as a username so you can’t use it for more than one account.

Depending on your email provider this may be trivial, for example with GMail if your primary address is myname@gmail.com then messages to myname+anything@gmail.com will also get to you, so you could be myname+nameofsociety@gmail.com on the society’s QuickFile account.

And even if you don’t have a Gmail account, they’re free anyway.
